Terms of service

Menii is currently in pre-launch/early access. The public Menii website is available at menii.co.uk. Menu management tools are provided through the separate Menii app at app.menii.co.uk.

By using the Menii app, accepting an invite, or submitting a menu for processing, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Menii

By using Menii you confirm you are 18 or over.

You must have authority to manage the venue or menu you are working on. You must also have authority to upload menus, PDFs, photos, screenshots, images, documents, or other venue content to Menii.

Do not upload content if you do not have the rights or permission to use it. Menii may suspend access if the service is misused.

Menu imports and AI tools

Menii may use automated and AI-assisted tools to import or extract menu content from uploaded files and other source material.

AI and imported content can be wrong or incomplete. You and the venue must review imported content before publishing it or relying on it.

The venue or user remains responsible for checking prices, item descriptions, allergens, dietary information, opening hours, contact details, and availability.

Menii should not be treated as a legal, allergen, nutrition, or food-safety adviser.

Pre-launch service

Menii may change, limit, or remove pre-launch features as the product develops. Production customer terms should be reviewed before Menii is made generally available.
